Using natural ways is also popular in most people affected by acne and does not have a big budget to undergo expensive treatments. This includes fruit and vegetable intake to cleanse the body. Furthermore, drinking at least 8 glasses of water or fresh juice a day would help detoxify and improve the overall appearance of your skin. These are natural ways but the effectiveness vary depending on one’s lifestyle.
However, you must keep in mind that before you purchase any anti-acne product, even if it is over-the-counter product, you must first understand what is acne and know what type of acne you do have.
